Customer Support Facilities:
  1. Help Desk. To provide a means to quickly response and assist customer’s inquiry on the use, installation, or operation of Symix or IMPACTxp software, and other general issues.
  2. Work Order System. To assist our customers with problem solving issues. Typical problem solving issue includes software bugs, system failure, etc. which require further investigation and testing.
  3. On-line Modem Support. To enable faster service to critical business issues (only when deemed critical) via remote access log-on.
