In October 1992, PT Mitrasolusi Binadaya (PTMB) was established with a long term goal:

  1. to participate in the development of Information Technology in Indonesia and
  2. to capitalize the business opportunity resulting from the growing needs for Management Information System in the Indonesian market place (competitiveness, globalization, and improved efficiency).

Major challenges include:

  1. Indonesia information technology infancy stage
  2. Local business practice (government regulation, tax, etc)
  3. Culture, Language & time zone difference (most available software packages are developed outside Indonesia)
